Who is responsible

Suzaku Productions Co., Ltd. is responsible for information processed for Extra Edit and its purchase/download service. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@suzakuproductions.com. Our business address is below.

Stripe hosts checkout. Our purchase service verifies payment before granting private download access.

What we use, and why

• Offer information: a random browser identifier, its protected reference and offer dates let us recognise that browser and show its introductory price.
• Order information: checkout email, billing details, payment/session references, price and payment status let us process and verify a purchase. Card details are entered into Stripe’s hosted checkout; our application does not store full card numbers or security codes.
• Delivery information: email address, email status, private-access references, file version and expiry let us send your download and resolve access problems. The application encrypts the delivery email stored in its database.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device details and request/security signals help our providers operate and protect the service. Our application uses protected, short-lived rate-limit references; hosting providers may also process request logs.
• Support and records: information you send us, purchase evidence and required invoice/accounting records help us answer questions, handle complaints and meet legal duties.

Where applicable, we rely on contract or requested pre-contract steps for orders and delivery, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and support. Where consent is required, we must obtain it. A working email and required payment/billing information are needed for the relevant purchase and delivery functions. Do not send passwords, card security codes or confidential client files.

Cookies and your offer

• Offer recognition: the __Host-offer cookie recognises a browser for 30 days from its first offer. The introductory price lasts 24 hours, not 30 days. Returning does not restart that deadline.
• Purchase receipt: __Host-receipt connects the purchase browser with its payment reservation for up to 24 hours.
• Download access: __Host-access keeps the browser recognised for the remaining private download period. Reopening a link does not extend that period.

You can control cookies through browser settings; blocking or clearing them can affect offer recognition and access. The offer is per browser, not a cross-device identity check. Cookie expiry is not deletion of server records.

No advertising tracking or newsletter enrolment is active in the current kit purchase flow. There is no Meta advertising integration. Optional tracking must be described and any required permission obtained before it is added.

Your offline workspace stays with you

The downloaded tool does not send us your inputs or use analytics or automatic local storage. Browser autofill/session restore may keep fields. Your exports, clipboard copies, printouts and saved files remain under your control; clearing the workspace does not erase them. Information you choose to email us becomes support correspondence.

Services involved

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and the application database, Stripe for payment processing and verification, and Resend for transactional delivery email. Resend receives your recipient address, message and private recovery link to send that email. Providers may also process information for their own legal and security purposes.

These services may process information internationally, outside your country and outside Thailand. Contact us for information about relevant recipients and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not promise that all information stays in Thailand. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to handle a legal claim.

How long information is kept

• Offer and reservation traces: our retention policy is 30 days. This is separate from the introductory price deadline.
• Technical delivery and access records: only for the operationally necessary period for delivery, recovery, security and resolving problems. A seven-day download deadline does not mean the associated order data is erased on day seven.
• Support correspondence: 12 months after closure, except where an ongoing dispute or legal duty requires longer retention.
• Invoices and contract/order evidence: the applicable statutory retention period, separately from short-lived technical data.

Deletion is not currently automatic. Manual review and removal are required to apply these criteria; existing records may remain beyond their intended retention or access expiry until that is done, subject to legal holds. Our application’s deletion does not erase Stripe’s separate financial records or providers’ independently retained records and backups.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email contact@suzakuproductions.com. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any legal retention exception. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.

You may complain to the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee/Office or your applicable local data-protection authority without contacting us first. The offer price follows browser offer dates, not an assessment of your income or willingness to pay; payment providers may make their own security decisions.

This is a business-use kit, not a service directed at children. Contact us if a child has supplied information requiring special handling. We use security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We will identify material notice changes and give any notice required by law.
