Why not just use free templates or AI?
A reply is only one part of the job. Extra Edit helps you check scope, estimate added work with your own inputs, adapt the message and keep a record in one offline workflow.
What if the mistake was mine?
The correction path is for your own error, not an automatic paid change request. Included revisions stay within scope too. Where the agreement is unclear, clarify it first rather than defaulting to a fee.
Will this work with my rates and currency?
You enter your own hours and rate; the kit does not recommend a market rate. The currency is a label, not a conversion service. The buffer applies to labor only, any goodwill deduction cannot exceed the total, and the final estimate is before tax. Tax is not calculated.
Does it send replies or store client details?
No. You review and copy the draft yourself. The tool runs offline, with no account or autosave. Export records you want to keep and store them securely.
Is it a contract or a guarantee the client will agree?
No. It is a practical decision aid, not legal advice or a contract. It cannot guarantee client approval, income, enforceability or dispute resolution. Your agreement and judgment remain essential; seek qualified advice for legal or tax questions.
Can I use the replies in my client work?
Yes. Use and adapt the messages for your own clients. Keep your downloaded files and personal backups. Do not resell or redistribute the kit. See the licence and access terms.
How will I receive it? What about refunds or support?
After confirmed payment, receive a private download link by email. Access lasts seven days; keep the downloaded kit afterwards. Need help? Contact us for support or verified access reissue. Read the delivery terms and refund policy.
What if the client says no?
Do not start added work on the assumption of approval. Discuss a smaller scope, pause it, or agree a deliberate goodwill exception. The kit cannot turn a proposal into consent.
How do I use it?
Download and extract the kit, read the quick-start guide, then open the HTML tool in a desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. Editable worksheets are included if scripts are blocked. Full compatibility details are in the guide.
What does lifetime use include?
Keep and use your downloaded kit for life. When new versions are released within one year of your purchase, those updates are included free. This does not promise a release schedule, perpetual updates or compatibility with every future browser.
