Who you buy from

The seller is Suzaku Productions Co., Ltd.; our address and Tax ID are below. Stripe processes payments and is not the seller. These terms cover Extra Edit, not separately contracted agency services. Business use does not remove consumer rights you have by law.

Read the product description and Privacy notice before paying, and keep a copy of the terms supplied with your purchase.

What you receive

An English-language ZIP with the offline decision/estimate tool, start-here guide, 15 editable reply templates, six fictional examples, blank change records and licence/instructions. No physical item is shipped. Coaching and personalised review are not included. When new versions of this kit are released within one year of your purchase, those updates are included free. No release schedule is promised; updates after that year may be offered separately. Legally required remedies and updates remain available.

1. Use a computer that can save and extract a ZIP.
2. Open your purchase email and download the ZIP during the access period.
3. Extract it, then open START-HERE.html or START-HERE.pdf.
4. Open TOOL.html in a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled.

The saved tool runs offline, with no account or installation. PDFs need a PDF viewer; editable text and CSV files need suitable applications. Desktop Chrome has been tested; other browsers and physical mobile devices have not each been individually tested. Manual worksheets are included if scripts are blocked. Device permissions affect copying, printing and downloads.

The kit creates drafts, not sent messages, binding contracts or tax calculations. Review inputs and outputs yourself. It is not legal or tax advice and does not guarantee approval, payment or income.

Price and payment

The introductory price is USD 27 for the first 24 hours of a browser’s server-recorded offer, then USD 37. The clock can begin while checkout is closed. Returning does not restart it; another browser, device or cleared cookie may receive a different offer. See offer cookies.

A payment session successfully opened in time reserves its price for 31 minutes from the server’s reservation time; retries do not renew it. The final payment screen must show the payable total and any applicable tax before authorisation. No undisclosed charge is added afterwards. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or other fees. This page makes no tax-exemption claim. Availability is subject to applicable law and our ability to supply.

Delivery, access and support

After payment is confirmed, the purchase service sends a private access email. Check Spam/Junk if it is missing. Download access lasts seven days after confirmed payment; the email shows your expiry. Reopening the link on another device does not restart the period. Keep the link private, and save and back up the ZIP.

For missing delivery, a failed download or an expired link, email contact@suzakuproductions.com. We verify your purchase and reissue access without an additional charge where needed to supply your purchased kit. This is not lifetime hosted storage. Updates released within the one-year period described above are included; access reissue does not restart that period.

We aim to respond within two business days, Bangkok time; this is not continuous availability or an extension of legal deadlines. Include your order reference if available, checkout email and a short description. Other reasonable purchase evidence can be used. Never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes.

Your continuing licence

• Use and adapt the kit for your own freelance or business work. Send your resulting messages and completed records to your own clients and collaborators.
• Print and keep personal backups. Your licence to lawfully downloaded files does not expire merely because hosted access ends.
• Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly post the kit, source files or template library. Another person or business needs its own licensed copy.

We do not claim ownership of your original client communications or completed records. You remain responsible for third-party permissions and your agreements. Mandatory rights and seller obligations prevail over conflicting licence wording.

Refunds and cancellation

No voluntary change-of-mind refund after lawful digital delivery. This is not a blanket no-refund rule. Non-delivery, faulty or materially misdescribed content, duplicate charges and mandatory cancellation/withdrawal rights remain subject to applicable law.

If a statutory withdrawal right applies and has not lawfully ended, send a clear cancellation statement by email or post to our address below; no special form or reason is required. Payment or download alone is not a waiver. Where separate express consent and acknowledgment are required for immediate supply, accepting general terms does not replace them.

For a defect or non-delivery, contact us so we can provide the correction, re-supply, price reduction, refund or other remedy required by law. We process refunds due within applicable legal deadlines, normally to the original payment method; banks may take additional time to display the credit. Our seven-day access period does not shorten statutory deadlines or rights.

If a lawful cancellation/refund ends your licence, stop using the refunded kit and delete copies, except where retention is legally required or necessary to preserve evidence. You retain payment-provider dispute, regulator complaint and court rights; contacting support is not a mandatory barrier to them.

Responsibility and changes

Nothing here excludes fraud, non-excludable liability or mandatory consumer protections. No exclusive court requirement is imposed. Applicable law determines your rights and available remedies. The terms agreed at purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively remove your paid-for licence or acquired rights.
